TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE – BEEFDEDE

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on the beefdede.fr online store (“the Site”), operated by BEEFDEDE. By purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Our products are artisanal, air-dried biltong snacks. We make every effort to provide accurate information (ingredients, weight, allergens, nutritional values, photos). Slight variations may occur between images and the final product. All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (5.5%). Shipping costs are added at checkout. BEEFDEDE may change prices at any time, but orders are charged at the price shown at purchase.

4. Orders

To place an order, customers must select their products, enter delivery details, and complete payment. An order is confirmed once payment is processed. BEEFDEDE may refuse an order in cases of dispute, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

5. Payment

Payments are secure and processed through Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any others displayed at checkout. Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to France and selected European countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the destination and carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping above: [insert amount]. Customers must inspect the parcel upon delivery. Any damage, missing items, or issues must be reported within 48 hours with photos sent to contact@beefdede.fr.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period. However, for hygiene and food-safety reasons, sealed food products (such as biltong) cannot be returned once opened. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

8. Returns & Refunds

If a return is accepted or a product is defective, BEEFDEDE will refund or replace the product according to the customer’s preference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Liability

BEEFDEDE is not responsible for improper use of products, technical issues related to the Site, or delivery delays caused by carriers. Product images are illustrative only.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is used solely for processing orders, shipping, and billing. It is never sold. Customers may request access, modification, or deletion of their data by contacting contact@beefdede.fr.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes will be handled by the competent French courts.
