Delivery Terms and Conditions
Products available on the website https://www.beefdede.fr are delivered within Metropolitan France and selected European countries.

Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are specified on the Site, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), during the checkout process. These must be accepted by the Client at the time of order validation. They will appear on a specific line item, distinct from the Product prices.

Territorial Variations: The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery territory.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Site and depend on the shipping method chosen by the Client. Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Methods and Maximum Deadlines In accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Parties agree that Products will be delivered within the timeframes specified during the ordering process. The maximum delivery period is 40 days, fulfilled by:

Direct delivery to the address provided by the Client.

CLICK and COLLECT availability (address specified in the Site’s FAQ or the Order confirmation email).

Handover to a professional carrier.
Delays and Responsibilities
The delivery period includes order preparation, dispatch, and the transit time to the delivery point (home address or pick-up point).
Delivery Delay: If the products have not been delivered within 7 days after the indicative delivery date (for any cause other than force majeure), the sale may be rescinded upon written request from either the Client or the Seller. The Client will receive a full refund of their payment without delay, excluding any further compensation.
Third-Party Providers: As BEEFDEDE utilizes external providers (carriers, postal services, etc.), the Seller is dependent on these third parties. Delivery times may be impacted by these providers; the Seller shall not be held responsible for transit delays or any resulting consequences.
Transfer of Risk and Receipt of Goods
The transfer of risk and responsibility regarding the Products occurs upon receipt by the Client. From this date, the Client is solely responsible for the products and their use.
Client Obligations upon Delivery:

Inspection: The Client agrees to check, at the time of delivery, that the package is complete, compliant, sealed, and undamaged.

Refusal: If the package is damaged or compromised, the Client must refuse to accept the delivery or decline to collect it from a pick-up point.

Final Acceptance: Any package received or collected against a signature will be deemed compliant, complete, and in perfect condition at the time of delivery.
